Able to assist even the most sophisticated investors due to my accounting and finance background, as well as specialized designations. Achieved approximately $37 million dollars in closings during my 5 years of Real Estate Sales. Sales production is primarily through marketing, referrals from past clients, multiple networking groups and my own personal investments. My business is approximately 80% Listing’s and 20% Buyer’s. Fundamental market changes have enabled me to become proficient with Short Sales, Foreclosures and Bank Owned Homes. I have a detailed understanding of various facets of property management, including determination and assessments of estimates, repair, renovations, leases and property staging. I also have a staff that handles data entry into the Multiple Listing Service as well as assist with any Real Estate needs as she is a licensed REALTOR, Snowe Cherry.  Professional REALTOR, Amanda Baker, that is assisting me with over 8 years of current experience in foreclosed homes as well as a Broker, Jay Graves with over 30 years experience in Residential Real Estate as well as working with foreclosed homes for 14 years during his career. I coordinate with a Property Maintenance Manager, David Panozzo that handles the clean up process of landscaping, painting, pool drainage and lock changes.  Lending needs are taken care of by Kathy Alosi with Countrywide Home Loans who has over 15 years of experience.  With personally having at one time over 15 rental properties I am well versed in property management.
